It's all about you! If you are passionate about the state of your health and doing something powerful for your body, allow yourself to be transformed to a more peaceful and restorative state. This treatment concentrates on the overall body systems. Remaining fully clothed and seated in a retractable chair, nestled in a blanket, supported with pillows with soothing music enriching the senses, transpiring you into a deeper state of awareness by allowing your body to release, relax and renew. For this session, it is best that you wear comfortable clothing so that your pant legs can be rolled up.
