Sandy is a certified Reflexologist registered with the Reflexology Registration Council of Ontario and began her journey as a Spiritual Healer since 2013.

She has studied ‘cutting edge’ techniques under the masters in Reflexology from Israel, United Kingdom, United States and Denmark.   Her energy work gathered through various teachers enhances the beautiful unique experience to her clients.
 
Immersing from the many elements of study, she has developed her approach using COSMOS “Connection of Spirit, Mindfulness of Self”. 
 
Understanding the vital importance of listening to her clients’, she selects her distinctive approach to each session; expressed through a variety of unique treatment approaches.
 
Giving back to the Community in 2021, she initiated a Monday evening “Revive Your Vibe” self-guided Reflexology session on-line through FaceBook.  Her talents shone through with regulars popping in learning more about their health through the feet.  She also offers this approach by Community presentations.
 
Further utilizing social media platforms, she has developed a channel on YouTube called DearME that currently provides short meditations inspired through the teachings of Therapeutic Touch.

Sandy's philosophy is to engage, enrich, and share in the celebration of a client’s discovery in the wonderous healing properties of Reflexology; bringing the best of herself to each and every one of her sessions. In her opinion, the vital connection of energy and Reflexology is the door that opens the essence of the client one sole at a time.
