Scheduling Policy -- Communication is key.
As your time and treatment sessions are important to me, I respectfully ask that you provide 24 hours notice if you will be unable to make your scheduled session. Your notice is greatly appreciated in order that other clients will have an opportunity to take that open time period. If no notice is given within the required time period, your missed session will be invoiced to you.
