Relax & Renew Reflexology (60 minutes)…..$80
It's all about you! A session designed to promote relaxation and restoring a balance to your body. The personalized approach of techniques will be developed based on the uniqueness of your body’s status in order to develop, transform your body towards a more tranquil state, power down stressors, reduce anxiousness, and reposition your body to recharge its power. For this session, it is best that you wear comfortable clothing so that your pant legs can be rolled up.
COSMOS Connection (90 minutes)….$110
Issues in the Tissues? This is a more intense session, where the natural healing art of Reflexology works in connection with your innate universal energy; harmonizing these powerful forces to understand where the body is experiencing blockages. Specifically designed by me, the COSMOS approach is the 'Connection of Spirit, Mindfulness of Self' and is a unique process to aid in ‘connecting the dots’. Truly relaxing, enlightening and opening the awareness of self.
Hand Reflexology (45 minutes)….$70
Working on the hands can just be as soothing as the feet. Applying a personalized approach to workout the areas of imbalance and bring the body to a more relaxed state.

ALIGN and SHINE (45 minutes)….$60
Feeling off and not sure why? The connection of 7! We feel energy, we are all energy, but when one centre is blocked the body is off. This is a relaxing session that uses a medley of holistic tools as essential oils, crystals and sound.
Holistic Head and Face Massage (60 minutes)….$75
Using a blend of essential oils and gua sha tools, this blissful experience melts all the stress away. This journey is a blend of harmonized pressure techniques to sooth and centre the mind, body and spirit. Preparation: If you experience allergies to oils or lotions, please let me know before we start. Removal of makeup would be preferred and helpful, but if you can’t – no problem. Wear comfortable clothing.
